pikdrip is a tool that generates ad creatives from product images. The Service operates on a credit-based system where each generated creative consumes one credit.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.
4. Credits and Payments
Credits are used to generate ad creatives. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change credit pricing at any time.
5. Content and Ownership
You retain ownership of images you upload. You grant pikdrip a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of generating ad creatives. Generated creatives are yours to use for any lawful purpose.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated creatives will be suitable for any particular purpose or free from errors.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, pikdrip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
